Having a Product Strategy will make it much easier to be smart about our SCOPING. You may have noticed we already scoped to Dragonborn in order to get close to happy users. With a product strategy that includes our real artists, perhaps we can give users a chance to purchase one of our human-made Dragonborn!?
How: “Creating a product strategy should be a collaborative process. You want to focus on getting buy-in from all the important stakeholders.”
Why: “After all, the point of a strategy is to align people in a common direction.”
Imagine if the Apple team was so focused on updating the iPod and didn’t realize they should be designing an iPhone instead.

The Roadmap: leads to achieving the vision
My bet is that we will get aligned on Vision and spend only a few minutes on Framework and Roadmap each. So each of the core elements will expect effort between now and our next meeting. To improve the vision and maybe finalize it for now. To flesh out the framework and roadmap. Etc.
