<aside> ⬆️ Step zero - Become the expert on the customers by playing D&D together and the knowing the product. We built the product during the Chainlink Hackathon, it was called D&D Diffusion. Our current open-source product lives here, on github, and is accessible for a live demo deployed on Vercel. If you didn’t know, we have begun our sprint and are currently past step zero and almost halfway through step one already!

Step one - Hi, I’m new here, could you show me around? Learn about the team’s plans & needs. Find your onboarding buddy and meet your coworkers. Consult some expert, tutorial, or course on how to do your role and meet your goals.
Step two - Continue meeting your coworkers (are there new coworkers?) by asking them for feedback, learning about them as people, and taking interest in what they are working on (can you help them with anything?). Continue playing D&D together. Run execution of an end-to-end application and ready for final battle.
Step three - Newly independent team performance, create intentional objectives together for the final Boss Battle (OKRs or ORKs?)! D&D storyline arc is ready, and we all have a super cool character sheet about what we did in the game, in the sprint, and our basic statistics. Of course we have a sick dragonborn NFT visual asset visible on DnDAvatar.ai or dragonborn.ai or whatever we decide is the domain.
Retrospectively, we will decide together with the Technical Sponsors if we need to do another sprint or can take a holiday and apply for the next grant!
